SC protects Tharoor, Sardesai and five journalists from arrest

The Supreme Court on Tuesday shielded Congress leader Shashi Tharoor and six journalists, including Rajdeep Sardesai, from arrest in any of the 11 FIRs lodged against them in Delhi, Haryana, UP, MP and Karnataka for allegedly stoking violence during the farmers' tractor rally on Republic Day through “fake news and views”.
