16 YouTube channels blocked for spreading fake news

The information and broadcasting ministry issued fresh directions this week to block 16 YouTube-based news channels, six of them operating from Pakistan, and one Facebook account for spreading fake news relating to matters of national security, India’s foreign relations, communal harmony and public order.
