What is BJP's obsession with dogs? Rahul Gandhi responds to attack over viral 'biscuit video'

Rahul Gandhi hit back at BJP and questioned the saffron party's "obsession" with dogs after a viral video showed him trying to feed a biscuit to a dog during his Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra in Jharkhand. When asked about the video, Rahul said "The dog was nervous and shivering... When I gave it a biscuit, the dog got scared. Then, I gave the biscuit to the owner".
