PM Modi and Congress leaders paid tribute to Jawaharlal Nehru on his 60th death anniversary. Congress leaders including Mallikarjun Kharge, Sonia Gandhi, and Ajay Maken paid their respects. Nehru, known for NAM and Children's Day, was succeeded by Lal Bahadur Shastri. Nehru played a pivotal role in India's freedom movement.
