The World Health Organisation (WHO) director-general, Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, congratulated Narendra Modi on his 're-election' as the Prime Minister of India following the Lok Sabha elections. In response, Prime Minister Modi expressed his gratitude to his friend "Tulsi Bhai".
