The Jammu and Kashmir legislative assembly faced disruption for the third consecutive day, leading to a three-hour adjournment. The uproar stemmed from demands for a discussion on the Waqf Amendment Act, recently passed in Parliament. National Conference members and BJP legislators stormed the Well of the House, staging protests after the Speaker disallowed an adjournment motion on the issue.
