Unnao rape case: CBI to move Supreme Court against Delhi high court order; challenges bail to ex-BJP MLA Sengar

Despite this, Sengar remains jailed due to a separate conviction. The survivor, calling the bail "death," plans to appeal to the Supreme Court, citing safety fears.
